Terms

Plain and short. Last updated July 2026.

The articles

The articles on this site are free to read. They are written to inform and to be honest about what the research does and does not say. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified doctor or therapist. If you are struggling badly, please reach out to a professional or, in a crisis, your local emergency services.

The guides

Our guides are digital products. They are sold and delivered through Gumroad, and your purchase is also covered by Gumroad’s own terms at checkout. Buying a guide gives you a personal copy to read. Please do not resell, republish, or share the file. The writing, covers, and artwork are ours and are protected by copyright.

Refunds

If a guide isn’t right for you, we honour Gumroad’s standard refund window. Just reply to your receipt or email us and we’ll sort it out.

No promises of a specific result

These guides are educational. They explain patterns and offer tools, and many people find them genuinely helpful, but no book can promise a particular outcome or timeline for any one person. What you get out of it depends partly on you.
